Our first event for 2024! This time we’ve teamed up with Brookies/Cape Byron Distillery. Hosted by Eddie Brook, with cocktails curated by Josh Williams & tasting plates by head chef Anthony Gordon.

Tickets $129 (plus service fees)
Includes four craft Australian gins, two liquors & two whiskey’s served with amuse bouche, 5 tasting plates & 6 craft cocktails. Bottle sales available post event.

CHEF’S TASTING PLATE
Every wondered what goes on behind the scenes, or how our chef’s brain ticks? Paddo’s best little local is welcoming its customers to be part of the creative process.
Each Friday afternoon from 4-5pm chef will give you an exclusive insight to his off menu creations. Three (3) tasting morsels of the weeks ideas and creations that embody the creative process as we work towards new menu offerings and specials or simply just to have some fun.
Cost: $10 with the purchase of a beverage
